At Baby depot , we strive to offer our customers the best prices on the market. Our Price Match Policy ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing you are getting the best deal available. 

Eligibility Criteria:

Applies to NZ websites & retailers only. Not to be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers

The product must be identical in brand, model number, size, color, not ex display model or damaged   
The product must be in stock and available for purchase from an authorized retailer.

Verification Process:
To request a price match, please provide proof of the lower price. This can include a link to the competitor's website or a valid advertisement.
Our team will verify the price and the product’s eligibility for a price match.

Price Match Guarantee:
If the above criteria are met and the lower price is confirmed, we will match that price.

Exclusions:
Prices from marketplace or auction sites Clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales and  pricing errors, a. Price Matching is offered totally at our discretion and we have the right to refuse the match without disclosing the reason  the time of purchase.
